But since they want your attention, them and their bad breath will follow you. If you notice someone keeps turning their head when you are talking to them, then it may be you that has the bad breath. There are some simple ways to get rid of bad breath and to have a fresher tasting mouth as well.
1. Baking Soda - Baking Soda is one of the best ways to cut down the acids in the mouth that promote growth of sulfur, which is the leading cause of bad breath. If you mix natural tooth paste, water and baking soda you will have a quick cure for bad breath. While the baking soda and warter is going to do the trick on its own, the toothpaste can make the combination taste a bit better for those who need to mask the taste of the baking soda.
2. Water - Water is all natural and is a great way to promote the production of saliva. This will help to make your breath fresher. If you have lack of saliva in your mouth it will make the suflur stronger and this will make your breath smell worse. If you are a smoker you will need to drink even more water because nicotine and tar are known to dry the mouth out and decrease the production of saliva. Saliva promotion can begin again which will dilute the sulfur and then your mouth will smell better. This all due to drinking water!
3. Replace Toothbrush Frequently - While a toothbrush is a good tool for cleaning teeth, it is not so good at getting rid of bad breath A toothbrush is going to accumulate bacteria over a short period of time and should be changed out regularly for this reason.
4. Apples - Apples are one of the best fruits for cleaning out the mouth. When you bite an apple and start to chew, it promotes your mouth to produce more saliva, and that will freshen up your breath. There are other fruits that work too, like pears, and even carrots are going to work the same way. So if you want fresh breath quick on the go, have an apple and your breath will smell fresher.
5. Parsley - Parsley is known to decrease the promotion of sulfur and couteracts these bacterias. By chewing on the parsley garnish at the end of a meal you are going to cleanse your pallet. This will make your breath smell better. This will even work if you have just eaten onions or garlic. You can make a fresher mouth by simply chewing on some parsley.
